1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund, Return, Buyback & Warranty Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided by you is accurate and complete.

3. Products

Vimora Diamonds specializes in premium lab-grown diamond jewellery crafted in precious metals.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations in colour, appearance, stone dimensions, finish, or weight may occur due to lighting, screen settings, handcrafted manufacturing processes, and natural production tolerances.

Gold weight, diamond weight, and gemstone measurements are approximate unless specifically stated otherwise.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice.

In the event of an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, Vimora Diamonds reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase.

An order shall be deemed accepted only after:

  • Successful payment authorization (where applicable),

  • Order verification,

  • Acceptance by Vimora Diamonds, and

  • Confirmation via email or other official communication.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Pricing errors

  • Suspected fraud

  • Product unavailability

  • Incorrect customer information

  • Regulatory or legal restrictions

6. Payment

We accept payments through approved payment gateways and banking partners.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • UPI

  • Credit Cards

  • Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets

  • EMI (where available)

Payment information is processed securely through PCI-compliant payment providers.

Vimora Diamonds does not store complete payment card information.

7. Shipping & Delivery

All eligible orders are shipped through trusted logistics partners.

Every shipment is fully insured until delivered to the customer.

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative only and may vary due to production schedules, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk and ownership of the product pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided.

8. Returns, Buyback & Exchange

Returns, exchanges, upgrades, buybacks, cancellations, and warranty claims are governed by our Refund, Return, Buyback & Warranty Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Customers are encouraged to review that policy before making a purchase.

9. Customized Jewellery

Customized, engraved, bespoke, resized, or specially manufactured jewellery is produced exclusively for the customer.

Such products are generally not eligible for return.

Exchange or buyback of customized jewellery may be considered solely at the discretion of Vimora Diamonds.

10. Product Certification

Eligible jewellery is supplied with an original diamond grading certificate and, where applicable, a gold purity certificate.

Customers must preserve these certificates carefully.

Original certificates and the original purchase invoice are mandatory for buyback, exchange, upgrade, warranty, and eligible return requests.

Replacement or re-certification costs may apply if original certificates are unavailable.

11. Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty

Vimora Diamonds provides a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty covering genuine manufacturing defects in craftsmanship and stone setting.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Scratches

  • Accidental damage

  • Misuse

  • Improper storage

  • Chemical exposure

  • Lost diamonds due to impact

  • Repairs or alterations performed by third parties

Warranty claims are subject to inspection by our quality assurance team.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, jewellery designs, product images, logos, trademarks, graphics, videos, text, software, and other materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Vimora Diamonds unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without prior written permission.

13. Customer Accounts

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
