Refund, Return, Buyback, Exchange & Warranty Policy

At Vimora Diamonds, we believe that purchasing fine jewellery should be a joyful and worry-free experience. Every piece of jewellery is meticulously crafted and undergoes multiple quality checks before it reaches you.

10-Day Free Returns

We offer a 10-Day Free Return on eligible jewellery purchased from Vimora Diamonds.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your jewellery within 10 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility

The jewellery must:

  • Be unused, unworn and unaltered.

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Pass our quality inspection.

  • Be returned with all original documents and packaging.

Mandatory Documents

The following must accompany every return request:

  • Original Purchase Invoice

  • Original Diamond Certificate

  • Original Gold Purity Certificate 

  • Original Packaging (where applicable)

Failure to provide the required documents may result in rejection of the return request or deduction of replacement/recertification costs.

Exclusions

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or Bespoke jewellery

  • Engraved jewellery

  • Special-order or made-to-order products

  • Jewellery altered or repaired by any third party

Free Insured Pickup

Once your return request is approved, Vimora Diamonds will arrange fully insured pickup from your address at no additional cost.

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after successful quality inspection.


Lifetime Buyback Policy

Vimora Diamonds offers a Lifetime Buyback on jewellery purchased directly from us.

The buyback value will be calculated as follows:

  • 100% of the prevailing market value of gold, based on the net gold weight.

  • 80% of the prevailing market value of the lab-grown diamonds.

The following amounts shall not be included in the buyback value:

  • Making Charges

  • GST and other taxes

  • Shipping charges

  • Payment gateway charges

  • Promotional discounts or coupon benefits availed at the time of purchase

Mandatory Documents

To avail the Lifetime Buyback Policy, customers must submit:

  • Original Purchase Invoice

  • Original Diamond Certificate

  • Original Gold Purity Certificate

Requests without the original certificates may be rejected or may attract deductions towards recertification.

Product Condition

The final buyback value shall be determined after quality inspection.

Jewellery that is damaged, altered, missing diamonds, repaired by third parties, or incomplete may receive a revised valuation or may be declined.


Lifetime Exchange & Upgrade

Upgrade your jewellery whenever you wish.

Customers purchasing another jewellery piece from Vimora Diamonds with an invoice value equal to or greater than the original purchase value will receive:

  • 100% of the prevailing market value of gold

  • 100% of the prevailing market value of the lab-grown diamonds

Making charges, GST, shipping charges and discounts from the original purchase are not included in the upgrade value.

Eligibility

The new jewellery must have an invoice value equal to or greater than the original invoice value.

Mandatory Documents

The following documents are compulsory:

  • Original Purchase Invoice

  • Original Diamond Certificate

  • Original Gold Purity Certificate


Customized Jewellery

Customized, engraved, resized or specially manufactured jewellery is made exclusively for you.

Therefore, such jewellery is not eligible for returns.

Buyback or exchange of customized jewellery shall be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Vimora Diamonds.


Loose Lab-Grown Diamonds

Loose lab-grown diamonds are not eligible for return, exchange or buyback unless delivered in a damaged condition or due to an error on our part.


Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty

Every jewellery piece purchased from Vimora Diamonds is covered by a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty.

This warranty covers genuine manufacturing defects in:

  • Jewellery craftsmanship

  • Metal workmanship

  • Stone setting defects

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Scratches or dents

  • Accidental damage

  • Damage due to improper handling

  • Chemical exposure

  • Loss of diamonds due to impact

  • Repairs, resizing or alterations performed by third parties

Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Vimora Diamonds will repair or replace the product at its sole discretion.


Insured Shipping

For approved Returns, Buybacks, Exchanges, Upgrades and Warranty Claims, Vimora Diamonds will arrange fully insured shipping through its authorized logistics partners.

Customers are advised not to ship jewellery independently unless instructed by our support team.

Insurance coverage applies only to shipments arranged by Vimora Diamonds.


Order Cancellation

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order are eligible for a full refund after deduction of applicable payment gateway charges (if any).

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.


How to Initiate a Return, Buyback or Exchange

Step 1: Email us at hello@vimoradiamonds.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Purchase Invoice

  • Photographs of the jewellery

  • Reason for your request

Step 2: Our team will verify your request within 2 business days.

Step 3: Upon approval, we will arrange a fully insured pickup from your address.

Step 4: Our quality experts will inspect the jewellery.

Step 5: Once approved, the refund, buyback or exchange process will be completed within 7–10 business days.


Customer Responsibility

Before placing an order, customers are requested to carefully verify:

  • Product specifications

  • Metal purity

  • Diamond details

  • Ring size

  • Shipping address

  • Contact information

Once an order enters production, modifications may not be possible.


Right to Refuse

Vimora Diamonds reserves the right to refuse any Return, Refund, Buyback, Exchange or Warranty request if:

  • The product fails quality inspection.

  • Mandatory certificates or invoice are unavailable.

  • The jewellery has been altered by a third party.

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

  • The request does not comply with this policy.

The decision of Vimora Diamonds shall be final.
