At Vimora Diamonds, we are committed to ensuring that your jewellery reaches you safely, securely, and on time. Every order is carefully inspected, securely packaged, and shipped through trusted logistics partners with full insurance coverage.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We offer Free Insured Shipping across India on all eligible orders.

Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners and are fully insured until they are successfully delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase.


International Shipping

We also ship to select international destinations through registered international courier partners.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local government charges applicable in their country unless otherwise specified by Vimora Diamonds.

Delivery timelines for international orders may vary depending on customs clearance and local regulations.


Order Processing Time

Most jewellery pieces are made to order.

Standard processing time is typically 12–14 business days, depending on the product and manufacturing requirements.

Customized, bespoke, or personalized jewellery may require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Orders are shipped only after successful quality inspection.


Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Within India: Approximately 2–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International Orders: Approximately 5–15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.

These timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, customs procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your shipment tracking details.

You may also contact our customer support team for shipment updates.


Insured Shipping

Every shipment from Vimora Diamonds is fully insured until successfully delivered.

Customers should inspect the package upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened, please refuse delivery (where possible) and notify us immediately at hello@vimoradiamonds.com.

Insurance coverage applies only while the shipment remains in the custody of our authorized logistics partner.


Delivery Address

Orders will be delivered only to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address, contact number, and recipient details are complete and accurate.

Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, changes to the delivery address may not be possible.


Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, refusal to accept the shipment, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to Vimora Diamonds.

Any additional shipping charges incurred for re-dispatch may be borne by the customer.


Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Transport disruptions

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Government restrictions

  • Courier operational issues

  • Force majeure events

Vimora Diamonds shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our control.


Failed or Lost Shipments

If a shipment is lost while in transit through our authorized logistics partner, Vimora Diamonds will investigate the matter with the courier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at its sole discretion after completion of the investigation.

Customers must report any non-delivery within 7 days of the expected delivery date.


Signature on Delivery

For security reasons, high-value jewellery shipments may require:

  • Recipient identity verification

  • OTP verification

  • Signature upon delivery

These measures are implemented to ensure secure delivery.


Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

If you receive:

  • An incorrect product,

  • A damaged shipment, or

  • An incomplete order,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@vimoradiamonds.com along with:

  • Your Order Number

  • Photographs of the package

  • Photographs of the product

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will promptly investigate and assist you with the resolution.


Shipping for Returns, Buyback & Warranty

For approved:

  • Buybacks

  • Exchanges

  • Upgrades

  • Warranty claims

Vimora Diamonds will arrange fully insured pickup through our authorized logistics partners.

Customers should not ship jewellery independently unless specifically instructed by our support team.
